A yearly production of 8000 bottles which the winery owner specially makes for his wife. The grapes are grown on steep (up to 70%) south- facing slopes, consists of soft clay slate soil, hand-picked grapes are carefully crushed. Refreshing but balanced acidity defines the palate, plenty of fruits, intense and elegant aromas of peach, blackcurrant and pineapple, with a mineral-rich finish. This wine is a great companion to any meals without dry style of wine. Great with seafood and spicy dishes
